Ok people, we love hypnobirthing!!!! All of my hard work and practice is really paying off!! I am easily able to move into a hypnotic state, i am thrilled by this fact!!!! Keith also has a really good feeling about this. We keep hearing more and more positive birth story's from hypnobirthing parents and we are seeing amazing video footage!
Last nights class was so reassuring to us that this is the way we are meant to birth our son!! While the journey of hormones may not have been smooth for the last 8 months, the journey of knowing my body was made for this has been. Keith and I both have complete faith in my body and our son knowing exactly what each are meant to do on our baby's birthing day!!
We learned many different deepening techniques as well as visualizations and different exercises all of which are to be used as a bag of tricks come the right time.... Together Keith and I will work with my body to ensure the calm natural and NORMAL both we all desire for the start of our new family.
