We had the joy of being married twice legally! Our first wedding was in January 2009 by a Rabbi in Orlando. It was a private little ceremony with close family and 2 witnesses, and their spouses, to sign our Ketubah (the Jewish marriage license that says we own eachother).
Our second wedding was 2 months later in the beautiful country of Jamaica. Beautiful, yes, but we are lucky to be out of there alive... they drive like lunatics over there. And that's saying alot being a former NY'er!!! We travelled to Jamaica for the festivities with 25 friends, we are truly blessed!! We had the pleasure of being married this time by Keith's long time friend and Pastor Will!! Will was supposed to work side by side with the Jamaican Minister, but that didn't work out. Apparently in Jamaica where there is no time schedule since it's all "island time" is all relative... the Jamaican Minister did not wish to wait the hour and a half that i was running late, hahaha..oops.... So Will married us alone, and we treasured EVERY word!
We remained in Jamaica for a total of 7 days and really enjoyed not cooking, cleaning, responsibiliy or worrying.
